Biography
Hello everyone, I am Paulina Gundlach, I am a communicative, positive minded happy girl, who wants to become an Eventmanager. I am spontaneous and flexible. In 2013/2014 I did a High School Year abroad to learn the language. I went to Utha, USA. I finished my school in 2017. After that I started my apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant till 2019. So now, I have business experience and want to accomplish my knowledge. Today I am studying Leisure & Eventmanagement at NHL Stenden in the Netherland.
My Experiences
13th Grade in 2016/
Class president
In the last year of school, I was the class president. My class mates voted for me. My chores were that I help the student, when they needed me. I speak to the teacher if something is wrong. I organized the class trip without the teachers and I was there for them. I also had to go to meetings.
2016/2017
Team member of the "Abiball" committee
At the end of the school year, we have the final prom night. My team and me organized it. I organized the catering and the prizes for it. I also organized, that my brother taught my school mades dancing. We had a choreography for the dance.
March 2018 - January 2019
Youth and trainee representation
At my apprenticeship there was a work council for the employee. I was in the council for the youth. I was there, when somebody had problems with their work or employees or even the manager. I organized parties for the youth and went on a seminar to know more about the laws. We had a meeting twice a month and talked about the goals we want to achieve, so the apprenticeship is perfect for everyone.

Photofestivals
At my apprenticeship at CEWE I was in the photoculure marketing team. We organized the CEWE Part on 3 big Events and some small ones. The Events were called: Fürstenfelder Naturfototage; "horizonte zingst" and Oberstdorfer Fotogipfel.

My Life
Organize and planing in my Life
So now I want to tell you how I use organizing and planing things in my Life. When I am with my friends or my family I am always the person who organize everything. For example a birthday present or a little surprise party. I love to do this. I am organizing my Life and I have a strict plan what I want to achieve. I do plans but if something comes in between I can change it and make a new plan.

I went to an Elementary School in my town Aschhausen close to Bad Zwischenahn.

Secondary School
In Germany the Secondary School is called "Realschule" and I did my middle mature graduation there.

High School Year
After my Secondary School I went Abroad to Utah, USA. I was in a host family and did my Junior Year there.

Abitur
In Germany our High School is called Abitur. I went to an economic High School and graduated there.
August 2017 - January 2019
Apprenticeship
I did my Apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant. I worked in a lot of areas like sales service, financial accounting, production, logistics, training department, controlling and photo culture marketing
September 2019
Studying Leisure & Eventmanagement
I started studying Leisure & Eventmanagement at the NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
